We took a family trip to Rome and stayed at the Fiume hotel. It couldn't have been more perfect; we were there for 11 days and felt right at home the entire time. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our every need.
Carlos, the manager, made everything so enjoyable, from recommending places to eat to suggesting things to do.
Peter was also incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that our nights were perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for solo trips, family vacations, short stays, or long ones. The hotel is clean, serves great breakfast, and has a wonderful staff. In my opinion, it's the best option in Rome.
We had a lovely stay thanks to our amazing host Carlos. The room was immaculate, the bed was very comfy and the TV was a great size. Perfect location with some very well priced restaurants surrounding. Overall, very pleasant stay!
Great service, comfy bed. However, they use twins to make a double which created a divot every time we went to bed.
The light in the bathroom flickered on occasion and we could hear other rooms flushing but we got a room upgrade so we couldn’t really complain.
Staff were exceptional and did all they could in helping us with our queries and questions!
The hotel location is a bit far out but if you have the time to spare, it’s about 40-50min walk to the main tourist spots.

In general, it is a pretty good hotel with some minor disadvantages. Firstly, the rooms are cold and the AC doesn't work on any times, lamps don't turn on and the rooms are dark. On the other hand, staff members were great, especially Ali and Reni. I recommend to come there in groups of 3 or less. Other wise you would face problems mentioned above. I would say the only problem was the rooms. Other things like the food and the place of the building were perfect!
We loved our stay, 10min walk from a metro, bus stops very close. Some lovely bars and restaurants in surrounding streets and the best coffee I’ve ever had from the place opposite.
Bed was very comfortable and shower had excellent water pressure! Very pleased and would highly recommend
Hotel was nice but what made it more special was the service and hospitality Carlos at the front desk gave me and girlfriend. Not a single time we walked downstairs to leave did he not say hi with a welcoming demeanor. As well as give us recommendations on where to eat and most importantly made us feel at home.
If you come here Carlos will take great care of you.
Clean and pleasant room, excellently serviced each day of our stay. Friendly and efficient staff on reception and in the breakfast room. Good choices at breakfast with staff ensuring all needs were met. Very pleasant roof garden too. Plenty of osterias and eating places nearby. Metro and bus stops in walking distance.
Had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. Room was very spacious and thankfully really good air-con! Very clean and bed was comfy, we slept very well every night.
Staff very friendly and looked after us - sorting taxis, giving us directions etc.
We also had the breakfast on our last day and it was great!
Was roughly a 20 minute walk from the trevi which was perfect for us.
Will definitely stay again when we return to Rome!
